SHIPMENT

Shipping costs are incurred only once for each order and include the cost of shipping and packaging. We ship our goods by using DPD, DHL and Deutsche Post AG. However, we reserve the right to switch to other transport companies for special sizes.

Private customer shipping
Inside Germany

  • Shipping within Germany costs 5,80 Euro.
  • We ship free of charge from a purchase value of 75,00 Euro

EU states

  • For shipments to other EU countries we charge  9,95 Euro
  • We ship free of charge from a purchase value of 300,00 Euro

Non-EU states in Europe

  • For shipments to non-EU countries we charge 18,95 Euro.

Overseas

  • For shipments overseas we charge 24,95 Euro.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order processing
We make every effort to ship your ordered items as soon as possible. Usually the delivery takes place within 1-3 business days after receipt of the purchase price. If an article is not immediately available, we will inform you immediately.

Delivery period
If no other term is indicated in the article description, the delivery of the commodity takes place in Germany within 2 - 3 business days after delivery to our dispatch partner. All delivery times are based on information provided by our shipping partners, which are generally adhered to.

For deliveries to other countries, the delivery time in EU countries is approx. 5 - 10 working days, non-EU countries approx. 8-15 working days after dispatch.

If articles with different delivery times are ordered, we dispatch the product in a common shipment, if no deviating agreements were met. The delivery time in this case is determined by the ordered article with the longest delivery time.

At Christmas and other rush hours it may take longer. In case of delivery delays we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

No dispatch to packing stations!
Please note that there is no delivery on weekends and holidays!


Collection by the customer
Orders can be collected from us with pleasure. We are usually on site Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00 o'clock.
